Montrose Medical Practitioner Enters No-Contest Plea for Distributing Counterfeit COVID-19 Vaccination Cards

A Montrose-based osteopathic doctor has pleaded no contest to the charges of issuing fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards and injecting some of his patients with blood plasma received from donors. Donald Plance, who is a resident of the Sunland-Tujunga area, has been sentenced to two years of formal probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service for forging a government seal and having a filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance on a medical device. As per the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Plance’s probation forbids him from practicing medicine during its tenure.

Plance was accused of providing his patients with false vaccination cards that seemed authentic and bore the seals of the Center for Disease Control and Health and Human Services between August and November 2021. Additionally, he illegally administered his patients with blood plasma from donors who were supposed to have had COVID-19, claiming that the procedure would safeguard his patients from the virus.
